Hosting, backups, updates and fixes for a fixed monthly fee, priced individually for each project. We usually handle requests on the same business day, and faults in what we built are fixed at no extra cost.
Questions before you order
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and come with no obligation. We give the price after a short conversation about the scope, and once agreed it is fixed.
What if the scope changes along the way?
We quote each change separately before making it. Changes are cheapest at the design stage.
What if the design is not right?
We revise it before any code is written. You mark comments directly on the design in the client panel.
What if a fault appears after launch?
Faults in what we built are fixed at no extra cost. We usually handle requests on the same business day.
Who owns the domain and the app store account?
The domain can be bought in your company's name. You are then the owner, and we take care of its technical side. We publish the app from your company's developer account on the App Store and Google Play, and we set up the account and the store verification together with you. The other terms are set in the contract.
What if nobody answers?
One project lead runs the project from the first conversation to launch and answers questions throughout. The client panel has a chat, and we usually reply on the same business day.
