/Problem
Sales material for the development had been produced in stages and ended up at three separate addresses. The brochure sat at one, the price list with availability at another, the virtual walkthrough at a third. KS Prestige Development is selling twenty homes in six buildings by the Mrozyczka reservoir in Glowno, and a buyer had to assemble the picture from all three. No single home could be shared by link, search traffic left the developer's domain, and each address went out of date on its own, because statuses change while a development sells. The scope of work covered folding that material into one site, with a page for each of the twenty homes.
/Approach
Every claim about where the development sits was checked against a source, and travel times did not make it onto the site at all. Routing without traffic gives 41 minutes to central Lodz and 79 minutes to Warsaw, so any figure in minutes would be a promise that cannot be kept. Distances took their place, since traffic cannot rewrite them, 32 km to central Lodz, 11 km to the motorway junction at Strykow, 104 km to Warsaw and 4 km to Glowno station. The rail link carries no operator name, because no source would confirm one. A buyer checks this on a map anyway, so the figures have to be right. Price, floor area and availability come from one source, the same list the developer works with every day.
/Solution
The offer can be browsed two ways. A site plan carries six clickable buildings, and clicking one sets the filter and scrolls to a list that narrows further by rooms and availability. A house number encodes where the home sits in its building, since 4.1A means house four, segment one and side A. The card for each home therefore carries a small diagram showing where that home stands in the building. Twenty homes repeat six interior layouts, and every home has its own page with a plan, the figures and an enquiry form. A clause in the footer and the terms page state that plans, floor areas and prices are indicative and do not constitute an offer. The virtual walkthrough is fourteen panoramas that can be walked like the plot itself, and it starts only on a click, so the first view of the site stays fast.
/Result
The whole offer sits in one site, and every home has its own link to send a client. New homes add themselves to the index that search engines follow, and prices and statuses are pulled from the developer's own list and published again, with nothing retyped by hand. The counter above the list shows how many homes are still free. An enquiry lands straight in the sales office inbox, tagged with the house number it concerns.
