Business systems and panels

Panels for handling orders, customers, bookings and documents, plus integrations with the software and tools you already use.

Custom systems

A system brings order to information that is currently scattered across spreadsheets, email inboxes and separate tools. We design it around the daily work of specific people in your company, with separate permissions.

Phone access is part of the project from the start, because some decisions are made away from the office. Permissions are set separately for every role, from the owner to staff in the field.

Bookings and sign-ups

Booking systems take sign-ups at any hour and show how full each slot is in one panel. Such a system took sign-ups for a free week of acrobatics classes at the SALTOS club, which could see in its panel how full every slot was.

Integrations and automation

We connect software that does not exchange data, such as a store with the warehouse or a form with the sales inbox, and hand over to the system the tasks repeated every day. We make sure the data agrees on both sides and that an outage in one service does not stop the other.

Client panel

For companies that run commissions we build panels where their customers check status, documents and payments. Kontaktio's own clients use such a panel during their projects.

  1. Every stage and its status
  2. A comment pinned to the design
  3. Chat inside the panel

Which solution fits which need

The same goal can be reached with different tools, and the cost of building and running them varies a lot. Every project conversation starts with this overview.

  • Booking system

Sign-ups taken at any hour, with a timetable of slots and a list of entries.

  • Client panel

A place where your customers check order status, documents and payments.

  • AI assistant on the website

Answers to recurring questions about the offer, prices and dates around the clock.

  • Company system

Orders, customers, documents and billing in one view, with separate permissions.

  • Integrations and automation

The tools you use exchange data on their own and the system handles repetitive tasks.

What the scope covers

  • Process and role analysis
  • Screen design
  • Panel in the browser and on the phone
  • Roles and permissions
  • Integrations with existing software
  • Data import
  • Team training
  • Support after launch

Cost and timeline

A business system starts at 10,000 PLN.

The price follows the number of roles, integrations with existing software and data import, and smaller integrations are quoted separately.

  • We show a working version of the system during the build, which takes from a few weeks to a few months.

The schedule with sign-off dates is prepared before the start.

  • We do not charge for quotes.

Payment is split into a deposit at the start and the balance at handover, 50 per cent each. Larger projects are spread over more instalments, each tied to a milestone.

Systems we have built

  1. AlertMe

Securand sells personal protection on subscription, where a phone alert reaches the control room with the person's position and the duty officer sends the nearest free patrol.

  2. Pan Kotecki, store admin app

The whole shop can be run from a phone, from the payment alert to the InPost label, and prices, promotions and the product range can be changed without a developer.

Questions about systems

Can a system replace our spreadsheets?

Yes, if the data from the spreadsheets is moved into the system at launch. Data import is agreed as part of the project scope.

Can the system be used on a phone?

Yes. Every panel is designed for phones too, because some decisions are taken outside the office.

Will the system connect to the software we already use?

Usually, yes. We check this before quoting, based on the list of tools in use and how they share their data.

How long does it take to implement a system?

From a few weeks to a few months. You receive a schedule with sign-off dates before work starts.

Who owns the code and the rights to the website or app?

Once the full price is paid, we transfer to you the economic copyrights to the code and design we prepared for you. The scope of the transfer is set out in the contract. Open-source libraries stay under their own licences.

Let's talk about your project

In reply you get a proposed scope, timeline and next steps. The quote is free of charge.

What the project is about

We usually reply on the same working day. An enquiry does not commit you to anything.
