An education project website where young people learn business through workshops and meetings with practitioners, built by us free of charge as a project partner.

Realizac(ja) is an education project for people aged 16 to 24 who want to grow in business and entrepreneurship. It works in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź and around Kraków, and its organising team are volunteers.

The project runs workshops, meetings with business practitioners and networking events, which have drawn more than a thousand participants. At the nationwide Zwolnieni z Teorii olympiad it has won a Silver Wolf and a Bronze Wolf and a nomination for the Gold.

We supported it because it gives young people knowledge that school does not, and contact with people who run their own companies. As a project partner we built a site free of charge. It gathers the project's record at one address, leads to event sign-ups and invites companies and future team members to get involved.

- How can companies weighing up a partnership see what the project has achieved?
- How can a participant get from the first screen to signing up for the next event?
- How can new people be encouraged to join the team?

## Three audiences

Three groups read the site. Young participants look for the next event and check whether the project is for them. Companies weighing up a partnership want to see its record, and team candidates want to know what they could work on.

That is why the sign-up button sits on the first screen. Right below it, a strip shows the Golden Wolf nomination and the number of participants and partners. The second button leads to the section about the project, with counters for participants, regions and years of activity. On a phone, once the first screen has scrolled away, the sign-up button stays at the bottom edge until the footer.

For participants, the section on who the project is for lists four criteria, from the age range to wanting to meet like-minded people. The gallery shows workshops, speakers and networking from past meetings. The sign-up button also sits in the menu and below the criteria, so several routes lead to the event.

## One scrolling page

All the content fits on one scrolling page, from the introduction and counters through the awards and next event to the gallery, partners and call for team members. The awards come straight after the introduction, each labelled with its edition of the olympiad.

For companies, the partners section lists four benefits of working together, from reaching young people interested in business to taking part in workshops, talks and mentoring. It ends with an invitation to talk. Alongside are the logos of companies, media and institutions that have backed the project, together with a card for the site's builder.

Team candidates find four areas of work, from social media and event organisation to finding partners and graphic design. A button opens a new email with the application subject filled in. Contact details sit in the footer, with an email address, a link to the sign-ups and social media profiles.

On a phone the menu slides out as a panel and closes once an item is chosen. The site has a skip-to-content link, keyboard support and descriptions of every photo, and it turns animations off when the system asks for reduced motion.

## Event sign-ups

The team runs events and sign-ups on the Luma platform. The card for the next event is embedded in the page and loads only when it scrolls into view. A link above it opens the event separately, and a sign-up button sits below.

We built the site in plain HTML and CSS, with a short script of our own for the menu, counters and animations. It uses no framework, external scripts or downloaded fonts. Gallery photos use the light AVIF format with a WebP fallback and load as the page scrolls, and the content stays visible even without JavaScript. The event card is the only content loaded from outside, and the connection to the site is always encrypted.

Structured data describes the organisation and its awards, the event and common questions for search engines. The privacy policy, rules and cookie policy each have a page of their own. A mistyped address leads to a page with buttons back and to the events. The site can also be added to a phone's home screen, as it has its own icon and manifest.
