We design and build mobile apps, websites, online stores and business systems. We are an agency from Łódź and work for companies across Poland.

## Three principles of working together

- Straightforward: We agree the price and the design before any code is written.
- On schedule: You see the stages, payments and the current version in the client panel throughout the project.
- For the long term: Support after launch and the same lead who ran the project.

## How we work

- Your own project lead: One person runs your project from the first conversation to launch and answers your questions throughout the collaboration.
- Client panel: You have the brief, contract, payments and every version of the project in one place, at any time.
- Fixed price: The price does not grow along the way. Further development is quoted separately.
- Support after launch: Hosting, backups, updates and fixes for a fixed monthly fee, priced individually for each project. Faults in what we built are fixed at no extra cost.

## We also develop our own products

Our own products are where we test solutions that later go into client projects.

- Kontaktio Team: An app for running projects, installed on a phone straight from the browser. It brings together tasks with deadlines, a team calendar, a list of companies and client billing that calculates revenue and arrears on its own. Every morning it sends a summary of deadlines, overdue payments and contracts about to end, including as a phone notification. We have used it every day since June 2026.
- Rezerva: A voice assistant for service businesses that answers the phone and speaks Polish. It offers open slots and books the appointment during the call, and passes anything outside its scope to a person. One system serves many companies, and none of them can see another's calls. Caller details are encrypted, and recordings and call records stay in the European Union.

## Working with agencies

We build apps, systems and websites for marketing agencies and consultancies that receive such requests but do not handle them in-house. Scope and price are agreed before work starts.

### Client referral

We sign the contract with the client and run the project to the end, including support after launch. The partner receives an agreed percentage of the project value once the project has been settled.

### Under the partner's brand

We give the partner a price. The partner signs the contract with the client, and we invoice the partner. We work under the partner's brand, with an NDA where needed, and report progress in a form ready to pass on to the client.
